Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices for accuracy and quality.;
Accurately enter receiving transactions into the ERP system and maintain proper documentation, labeling, and inventory records.;
Identify and communicate shortages, damages, discrepancies, or nonconformance issues to Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams.;
Operate material handling equipment safely while supporting inventory control, material movement, and warehouse organization.;
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and ERP/WMS transactions.
