Picking Clerk (2nd Shift)

Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Possibility to move to 1st shift

Reliable personal transportation required (not accessible via public transit).

The Picking Clerk is responsible for accurately locating, pulling, and packaging merchandise using a voice-pick system to fulfill customer orders.

• Order Fulfillment:
  Locate and pull items accurately; check and package orders for shipment.
• Inventory Control:
  Report discrepancies or shortages to supervisors and assist in locating missing products to maintain high fill rates.
• Staging & Organization:
  Organize picked merchandise in designated areas and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Facility Maintenance:
  Perform general custodial duties, including trash removal and cleaning, as scheduled.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate with colleagues to meet productivity goals and maintain a positive work environment.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Previous warehouse experience preferred; experience with voice-pick systems is a plus.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient in basic math.
• Physical Demands:
  Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting:
  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts weighing 75+ lbs repeatedly.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 Per Hour
