Join Gopuff as a Reparte team member and help power instant delivery from our micro fulfillment centers. In this fast paced role, you'll receive, pick, and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring snacks, groceries, and home essentials are ready for rapid dispatch. You'll organize and replenish inventory, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and use handheld devices to process orders.

Working closely with operations and drivers, you'll keep deliveries on time while contributing ideas to improve logistics, efficiency, and customer experience in a startup like environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Stock, organize, and replenish inventory in the micro fulfillment center
• Follow safety, quality, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Use handheld devices and warehouse software to process orders
• Coordinate with drivers and operations to ensure on time delivery
• Report inventory issues, damages, or delays to leadership
• Support cycle counts and basic inventory audits
• Assist with loading orders for last mile delivery
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience
• Uphold Gopuff's customer obsessed and fast paced culture
