Accounting Coordinator

$20–$25/hr | Events Industry | In Person | Las Vegas, NV

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support our fast-paced accounting team. This is a hands‑on role focused primarily on A/P, expense coding, credit card reconciliations, and enforcing company expense policies.

You’ll also help issue per‑diems for event staff and provide backup A/R support as needed. This is a great fit for someone who loves day‑to‑day operational accounting, stays organized under pressure, and can jump in wherever needed.

• Onboard new vendors and process vendor bills
• Ensure timely vendor payments, and prevent over payments
• Code and reconcile corporate credit card expenses
• Enforce company expense and travel policies
• Issue and track per‑diems for events and travel
• Assist with month‑end reconciliations and accounting support
• Provide backup A/R support as needed
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation

• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or A/P experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• Required:
  
  Quick Books Online (QBO) experience
• Preferred:
  Ramp experience
• Preferred:
  Job costing experience
• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Events, hospitality, entertainment, or production industry experience is a plus
