The City of Mesquite is looking for an experienced finance leader who wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing community.
As our next Finance Director
, you'll work closely with the City Manager, Mayor, and City Council to guide the City's financial future. You will lead budgeting, accounting, investments, audits, long‑range financial planning, and a talented Finance team while helping ensure responsible stewardship of public funds.
We're looking for a collaborative leader with:
- Experience in municipal finance and governmental accounting
- Strong budgeting, financial planning, and leadership skills
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Public Administration, or a related field
