City of Mesquite (NV) seeks a Fire Inspector I to conduct fire prevention inspections and public safety education. Under supervision, inspect buildings and life safety systems, assist with fire investigations, and ensure compliance with state and local codes.
Strong documentation and customer-facing skills are essential. Associates degree in Fire Science preferred;
Nevada State Fire Inspector I certification within 12 months is required or pay-grade adjustment.
