The Casino Database Marketing Manager is responsible for the preparation, design, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives within the Casino, Hotel, Marketing, and other areas to provide and optimize insights for key decision‑making. This role involves validating data proofs for direct mail campaigns, developing strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring the integrity of the database.

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Casino Database Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and analytics, coupled with experience in the gaming or hospitality industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.

• Manage the planning, development, production, and targeting for all mass and direct marketing efforts.
• Use SQL and databases to analyze various data sources, developing queries and procedures for extracting and communicating required information.
• Develop and maintain ad‑hoc analyses, create dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings on a recurring schedule.
• Support marketing initiatives through data‑driven strategies, enhancing customer engagement, optimizing marketing campaigns, and boosting overall performance.
• Review and interpret results from marketing initiatives, evaluate performance of mass hotel and direct marketing efforts, recommend improvements, oversee promotional pro‑forma and post‑analysis efforts, host coding, and other key parts of the marketing analytics infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of the customer database, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting for marketing efforts.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement data‑driven campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and maximizing customer value.
• Present data findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, translating data findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

The work is sedentary. The employee may sit comfortably to perform the job, with occasional walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items such as papers or small parts, and driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required.

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, residential or commercial vehicles. This includes safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. Exposure to secondhand smoke in a casino is present.

The position is 24‑hour, 7‑day a week, with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
