Registered Nurse - PACU - Full-Time

Job Summary:

• The PACU Staff Nurse uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate highest quality nursing care.
• As a patient advocate, he/she coordinates the care of the patient through collaboration and appropriate delegation.
• The Nurse provides age‑specific care and teaching to selected patient population(s).
• Monitors and recognizes changes in physiologic status, takes appropriate action based on assessment, and evaluates and documents findings and patient response.
• Interacts frequently with all patient service departments; utilizes interdisciplinary input to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full‑Time
• Hours:
  
  3 (three) 12‑hour shifts per week
• Hourly Rate: $37.80 – $47.25 (based on experience)

• Minimum Associates Degree required. BSN preferred.
• Two (2) years of previous PACU Nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Nevada.
• Current BLS required.
• PALS, ACLS required.
• All Certifications must be held through AHA or ARC.
