We are seeking an RN
- Emergency for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other, and we are seeking nurses who feel patient care is as meaningful as we do.

• The Emergency Staff Nurse uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate highest quality nursing care.
• As a patient advocate, he/she coordinates the care of the patient through collaboration and appropriate delegation.
• The Nurse provides age-specific care and teaching to selected patient population(s).
• He/she monitors and recognizes changes in physiologic status, takes appropriate action based on assessment, and evaluates and documents findings and patient response.
• Interacts frequently with all patient service departments; utilizes interdisciplinary input to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• The RN staff nurse may be called upon to act as the charge nurse for their department at the discretion of their Director and/or House supervisor.
• The RN Charge nurse makes patient care assignments based on patient care needs.
• During high census times the RN Staff nurse may be called upon to float to other departments to take patients.
• Cross training will be provided by Mesa View Regional Hospital as needed to meet the needs of the hospital and the patients.
• All other duties as assigned within the scope of Nursing practices.

• Associates Degree required. BSN preferred.
• Two (2) years of recent Emergency Room Nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required.
• CPI due within six (6) months of hire date.

Pay range: $37.80 - $47.25 (depending on experience)

Associates or better in Nursing.

Two (2) years of recent Emergency Room Nursing experience preferred.
