General Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
Start Date:
ASAP Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25
This facility is seeking an Surgical First Assist Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday;
Full-time; start as soon as credentialed - Practice Setting:
Surgical and Endoscopy/Colonoscopy setting (Outpatient and Procedural) - Types of Cases:
General Surgery assistance, Endoscopy/Colonoscopy cases, minor procedures; must demonstrate competency assisting with the two-person colonoscopy technique under direct supervision - Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Not specified - Certifications
Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) - Licensure
Required:
Active Nevada license, active Nevada Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration;
Board Certification required.
