Position located in Mesquite, NV

Our Mesquite, NV Sheet Division is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This non‑exempt Monday‑Friday day shift position, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, requires a self‑motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a high‑volume fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be a strong customer service/inside sales professional who is self‑motivated and customer‑oriented.

• Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Receive and process customer orders and changes.
• Communicate customer requirements and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide pricing and information on finished products.
• Partner with Sales Team to address customer issues/complaints.
• Assist Manufacturing to schedule production and shipments.
• Research and contact potential new customers.
• Enter data and orders into computer system.
• Follow up on leads from potential new customers and pass information on to the Sales team.
• Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional information via email.
• Keep up with product and service information and updates.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
• Upsell products and services, close sales, and achieve sales targets.

• Minimum of 2+ years of proven customer service/sales support experience.
• Plastics experience preferred, but not required. Must be willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high call/email volume setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer orientation and math skills.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, including email and MS Office.
