Staff Accountant

• Support full-cycle accounting including month‑end and year‑end close
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Analyze P&L and variances to identify trends and discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve accounting processes and controls
• Assist with audit support, budgeting, and forecasting activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2‑5+ years of Staff Accountant or General Ledger experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience with month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
