Looking to get your foot in the door and actually learn how projects get done in the real world?
We’re hiring a Project Coordinator at Barnett Signs — a great opportunity for recent grads or early‑career professionals who want hands‑on experience in operations, project management, and working inside a growing small business.
This is not a sit‑back role. You’ll be in the middle of real projects, helping move work from kickoff to completion.
What you’ll be doing :- Create work orders and push projects through workflow
- Coordinate site readiness and inspections
- Keep documentation, notes, and tasks organized
- Support scheduling and fulfillment teams
- Assist with project closeout and status updates
You’ll work closely with our Account Reps, who own the customer relationship, while you help keep everything moving behind the scenes.

- Eager to learn and grow
Great fit for backgrounds in business, project management, construction, IT, communications, or similar.
