Orientation Specialist

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Orientation Specialist to support the onboarding process for new drivers. This role is responsible for ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately, assisting drivers throughout orientation, and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers to create a smooth hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify onboarding documents, including licenses, medical cards, tax forms, and employment eligibility paperwork.
• Assist drivers with applications, orientation paperwork, and onboarding questions.
• Coordinate communication between drivers, HR, Safety, Compliance, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Support orientation scheduling, driver processing, and onboarding logistics.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Experience:

Previous administrative, customer service, onboarding, recruiting, or office support experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people and keeping processes organized.
