Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic
A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of theautomobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in variouscapacities.

Responsibilities- Vehicle Diagnostics & Repairs – Identify vehicle concerns and perform diagnostics with support from Service Advisors and teams, determine appropriate repairs.
- Repair & Component Replacement – Repair and replace vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension components, steering parts, HVAC components, and other mechanical systems in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Quality Checks & Road-Testing – Conduct road tests and inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly and meet Volkswagen, company, and customer expectations.
- Routine Maintenance Services – Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections to support long term vehicle reliability.
- Ongoing Training & Skill Development – Participate in factory and in-house training programs to continue developing technical skills and stay current with automotive systems and tools.
- Automotive technician experience required.
- Personal tools required (compensation based on experience and certifications).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures.

Full Time Salary is not negotiable. Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program
Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
