Job Purpose
Our Account Specialist will maintain client relationships, act as a primary point of contact and address their inquiries and concerns. This role supports the Sales team and coordinates with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK
Job Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client engagement including working with estimating, scheduling, and production to ensure the client’s expectations are met.
- Help the sales team by being responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and provide updates on products or services.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams and provide regular updates on account status and performance.
- Ability to identify and resolve client issues and analyze account data to identify opportunities.
- Manage assigned book of business in support of sales/margin and customer satisfaction.
- Add value to the business by process improvement, support RFPs; onboard new customers, assist other team members and project specialists.
- Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
- Respond to inquiries from customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of related job experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
- The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- High School Diploma/GED
