Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + MyShare Equity Program

The Process Transformation Analyst – Transformation serves as the operational execution arm of the Transformation team within the warehouse network. This role is responsible for driving process standardization, performance visibility, and operational accountability across facilities. Unlike the previous IT‑aligned structure, this position sits within Operations and focuses on improving warehouse execution, enforcing standards, identifying performance gaps, and ensuring alignment to network‑wide best practices.

The Process Transformation Analyst partners directly with warehouse leadership, Retail Consolidation, and Operations Planning (OP) to monitor KPIs, investigate exceptions, and implement sustainable process improvements. This individual plays a critical role in warehouse health reporting, exception management, SWAT support, and SOP compliance.

This position reports to the Innovation and Implementation Manager (Transformation).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform in‑person requirement gathering sessions with warehouse operations staff at each of RJW’s Retail Fulfillment Facilities to evaluate business processes and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Conduct meetings to present findings from observations and engagements with warehouse operations, exposing inconsistencies or improvement opportunities.
  • Document all business processes and changes to business processes.
  • Convert business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Handle tasks on time and to completion from other Business Analysts.
  • Develop customized business strategies aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
  • Assist in discovery meetings for IT projects to understand business use cases and requirements.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross‑functional team members and management.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
  • Assist in solution trainings, launches, and post‑launch support.
  • Perform basic data analysis where applicable and necessary.

  • Help identify alternate solutions, perform cost–benefit analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Help identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and tactics.
  • Help evaluate, select, and implement the most cost‑effective solution to meet our needs.
  • Provide input on project schedule and accurate estimation of project deliverables.
  • Experience with system testing, data integrations, solutions and feature enhancements, and ability to coordinate/simulate user acceptance testing.
  • Bi‑lingual in both English and Spanish.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Visio preferred.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle is a plus.
  • Experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
  • Experience with Synapse or similar WMS software preferred.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud.
