Capgemini Client Partners are experienced in managing mid‑sized to large global or regional accounts, are seen as a trusted advisor by the client, and have group responsibility towards the client. Client Partners are proficient in developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients as well as client influencers.

• Grow and lead a top strategic account within the Consumer Product and Retail Industry
• Develop profitable business from managed accounts; overall accountability for achieving booking, revenue, and profitability objectives within the Americas and globally.
• Understand the key influencers within the client organization, quickly identify client culture and decision‑making processes, and balance professional manner to suit client requirements.
• Position Capgemini effectively within the client at board and senior management level and represent the company for potential major new projects or bids.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience serving clients in the travel or logistics industry, preferably with large clients.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in selling complex, IT or customized technology services.
• Five or more years of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services provider.
• Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues, and trends affecting technology spend.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544 – $281,842. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, education, certifications, experience, performance, and market considerations.
