You’ll partner with the Director to keep our center running smoothly, supporting staff, building strong family relationships, and ensuring every child is safe, happy, and learning every day.
- Guide and support amazing childcare staff
- Help manage day‑to‑day operations
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Build trust and strong communication with parents
- Ensure top‑notch safety and health standards
- Inspire a warm, inclusive, and growth‑centered environment
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED (CDA or Degree in ECE = major plus!)
- 2–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- CPR & First Aid certified
- Clean background check
- Valid TX driver’s license and safe driving record
- Available to work rotating shifts between 6:30am–6:00pm (Mon–Fri)
