Member Services Representative Overnight

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist them with new account sign‑up process.
• Facilitate needed updates to members’ accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
• Close shift for that business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co‑workers, exceeding the members’ expectations.
• People with positive mental attitudes excel here.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Will occasionally encounter commercial cleaning products during shift.
• Team players and members are top priority; following strict safety and cleaning protocols.
• Mask up: all team players are required to wear masks at all times while in‑club and members are required to follow all state & local mask mandates.
• Squeaky clean: clubs have been sanitized to ensure equipment and facilities are effectively sanitized against COVID‑19.
