• Established outpatient Internal Medicine clinic
• Adult primary care with focus on continuity of care
• Manage chronic conditions and provide preventative and wellness-focused care

• Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility

• Base Salary: $280,000
• Sign-on Bonus: TBD
• Relocation Assistance:
