This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.

Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and document findings.

Develop and implement service plans to meet customer needs and increase sales.

Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service plans, and repair orders.

What You'll Bring You'll have 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.

Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and other software applications.

Basic computer skills

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
