Position Overview

This Personal Banker position is located in Mesquite, TX, at the Mesquite branch.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow the customer’s share of wallet.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined internal and outbound sales process that includes outbound calling, service‑to‑sales interactions, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and increases customer share of wallet by providing a differentiated customer experience. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and positions PNC products to meet their needs, while educating customers on options for managing financial transactions through technology, tools, and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and maintaining heightened scrutiny to prevent loss. Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and able to create customized customer solutions.
• Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require at least an associate’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience, including military service.
