Guest Coordinator

Ulta Beauty -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional guest service in-store and over the phone, acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.;
Book appointments for services and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.;
Answer salon phone calls, resolve guest concerns, manage the services booking system, guest records and salon traffic flow.;
Inform guests of promotions and events and confidently invite them to try services with knowledgeable product recommendations.;
Maintain attendance and contribute to a clean, well-organized salon and store environment.
