Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Christian Care Community of Mesquite
, a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
- Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
- MUST BE A LICENSED THERAPIST.
- Will consider all disciplines, SLP, PT, PTA, OT and COTA.
- Must obtain 2 years of DOR experience, or team lead experience.
- CCRC experience is preferred.
