Travel General Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13‑week contract in Mesquite, Texas, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts.

This assignment involves diagnosing patients in a hospital setting, utilizing imaging equipment, and communicating results to physicians.

• Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• 2 years of recent relevant experience

• $1,674 - $1,870 per week*
• 13‑week contract with possibility to extend
• AM shifts available
• Hospital setting

• Operate imaging equipment and review images for quality and diagnostic usefulness
• Identify normal and abnormal imaging results, provide summary to physicians/health professionals, and alert them to urgent problems
• Prepare patients for procedures and educate them throughout the ultrasound exam
• Review patient medical history, record imaging results in patient records, and coordinate care with various departments
