Job SummaryTravel Physical Therapist assignment, 13 weeks, 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting 07/27/2026.
ResponsibilitiesProvide high‑quality physical therapy services to patients in the assigned facility, ensuring treatment plans meet clinical standards and achieve patient recovery goals.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate and adjust patient care plans.
Assist with equipment setup and procedural support as needed.
Requirements- Active state license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Valid education credentials.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (new graduates may apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
