Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Arlington, Washington. You’ll deliver PT care to patients in home health settings for a 13-week assignment, working 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Requirements include a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program, an active Washington license, CPR and BLS as applicable, a valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and current CPR certification.
