Front Desk Associate

Hotel:
Mesquite Hampton Inn & Suites, 1700 Rodeo Drive, Mesquite, TX 75149. Part time. Compensation Range: $16 per hour, with pay determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Actual pay may vary.

This role focuses on front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service, training, problem solving, and daily front‑desk duties.

• Oversee front‑desk operations and act as the go‑to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and charm.
• Support and train new front‑desk team members.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Help manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest‑ready.

• Customer service experience and strong people skills.
• Hospitality or leadership experience (preferred).
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using hotel systems.
• Physical ability to lift 50lb and remain on your feet.
