Position Summary
Mesquite Module Corporation is seeking a Bilingual HR & Benefits Coordinator II to support daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will primarily support Benefits Administration and Recruiting/Onboarding activities, while also providing administrative support for Workday (HRIS) and ADP payroll processes.
Essential Responsibilities
Benefits Administration (40%)
- Assist Benefits Supervisor with benefits enrollment, changes, and eligibility questions.
- Answer employee inquiries pertaining to medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental benefit programs.
- Partner with benefit supervisors and vendors to resolve employee inquiries and issues.
Recruiting & Onboarding Support (40%)
- Assist with onboarding activities in Workday, including monitoring and following up with candidates regarding outstanding pre-employment tasks.
- Support the completion and processing of I-9 documentation and ensure onboarding requirements are completed in Workday prior to start date.
- Enter initial new hire information in Workday to ensure accurate employee records prior to start date.
HRIS & Payroll Support (20%)
- Assist with Workday login inquiries and app navigation.
- Support employee requests related to viewing timecards in ADP.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Benefits Administration, Recruiting, and Payroll Support.
- Experience with Workday and ADP strongly preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
