Snelling Staffing is seeking a motivated and dependable Onsite Coordinator to support one of our premier client locations in Mesquite, TX. Position:
Onsite Coordinator
Location:
Mesquite, TXPay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Available
Shifts:
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Serve as the primary Snelling representative at the client site.
- Monitor associate attendance and address attendance concerns.
- Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding.
- Maintain positive relationships with associates and client management.
- Conduct floor walks and ensure safety policies are being followed.
- Resolve employee concerns and escape issues as needed.
- Complete daily reports, staffing updates, and administrative tasks.
