- Support branch operations and mentor junior recruiters
- 1-2 years of staffing/recruiting experience
- Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- ATS/CRM experience required
