Corporate TrainerFull Time Office 1201 Chase Road, Mesquite, TX, US
4 days ago Requisition
Salary Range: $56,525.00 To $66,500.00 Annually
Position Summary:
The Corporate Trainer is a facilitation-first role responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging learning across in-person (ILT), virtual (vILT), and hybrid modalities. As lead facilitator for KSSC’s signature experiences within the REACH Talent Portfolio — our culture program, the WE ROQ Accountability Model program, and other experiences still in development — the Trainer brings the talent ecosystem to life, directly advancing culture adoption and sustainment, leadership effectiveness, and workforce capability growth.
The Trainer also serves as on-camera talent and voiceover artist for multimedia learning assets that scale these experiences enterprise-wide.
Working with a product mindset, the Trainer measures success not by sessions delivered but by adoption, behavior change, and capability growth — the outcomes that drive workforce readiness. The role requires comfort with regular travel across our South, East, and West regions and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. The Trainer partners closely with People Leaders, HR Business Partners, Site and Department Leaders, and the broader Talent Management team to align delivery with KSSC’s values, business priorities, and workforce needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as a lead facilitator for signature experiences across the REACH Talent Portfolio — including our culture program, the WE ROQ Accountability Model, and a growing portfolio of enterprise experiences still in development — delivering consistent, high-energy sessions that bring our values and talent ecosystem to life.
- Facilitates ILT, vILT, and hybrid courses on culture, accountability, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, coaching, and other professional development topics for Team Members, People Leaders, and Department Leaders.
- Equips People Leaders to sustain accountability, coaching, and culture within their teams, reinforcing that Talent Management enables the system and leaders bring it to life.
- Adapts facilitation style in real time to meet diverse audience needs and learning preferences across in-person, virtual, and blended environments.
- Executes consistent, high-quality facilitation per the organization’s standards, ensuring every session is engaging, interactive, inclusive, and drives measurable adoption, behavior change, and culture sustainment — not simply attendance.
- Approaches facilitation with a product mindset, treating learners as the customers of our talent experiences and prioritizing employee experience, capability growth, and behavior change over activity or volume.
- Partners with Site and Department Leaders to coordinate scheduling, logistics, and participation across multiple locations and time zones.
- Serves as on-camera talent and voiceover artist for video-based learning, contributing to the creation of multimedia training and development assets that scale our experiences across the REACH ecosystem.
- Collaborates with the Instructional Designer and/or Senior Instructional Designer and the Talent Management team to storyboard, script, record, and refine video and digital learning content.
- Balances multiple concurrent programs and rollouts while keeping the learner experience front and center.
- Contributes frontline insights from facilitation — participant feedback, points of friction, and employee experience observations — to inform product discovery and the continuous improvement of talent…
