As the IT & ERP Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed. You'll also dive into our Epicor Kinetic ERP system, helping to maintain its stability and effectiveness. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be troubleshooting issues, assisting with data corrections, supporting system testing, and much more.

• Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for PCs, printers, peripherals, and related equipment.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access and equipment setup.
• Support our Epicor Kinetic ERP system, including user setup, permissions, basic BAQs, and report assistance.
• Troubleshoot ERP transaction errors and workflow issues.
• Assist with data corrections and validation.
• Support testing and validation of ERP updates and system changes.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and user licenses.
• Document ERP processes and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide general support for integrated systems like WMS (Flowtrac) and financial tools.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to resolve system‑related issues.

• 3-5 years IT/systems support experience
• ERP platform experience (Epicor Kinetic preferred)
• Windows OS & business software knowledge

• Manufacturing/distribution experience
• IT-related degree
