The IT Intern will support the IT department with day‑to‑day operations, technical troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and user support. This internship is designed to provide hands‑on experience in a professional IT environment, giving exposure to both help desk and infrastructure support.

• Assist in providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Set up, image, and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
• Maintain and update asset inventory records and documentation
• Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
• Support onboarding/offboarding tasks such as account creation, equipment provisioning, and access control
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments
• Help maintain shared folders, access rights, and file organization
• Troubleshoot and elevate issues to senior IT staff when necessary
• Adhere to all company IT policies, procedures, and data security guidelines
