Associated Packaging, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Parts and Service Specialist to assist field technicians with sourcing, quoting and ordering parts. You will create new part numbers in the ERP system and coordinate timely parts delivery to service locations.
You will schedule customer visits, maintain calendars and run service reports in coordination with the Service Manager. The role requires strong communication, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, and accuracy in invoicing and documentation.
