The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for daily execution of international and domestics shipping transactions & documentations and arrange the shipments.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Prepare all necessary customs clearance paperwork for import/export custom clearance
* Coordinate with freight forwarders & brokers to go through custom clearance procedure
* ** Dispatch & Scheduling**  + Assign and schedule drivers, trucks, and carriers for daily delivery and pickup operations.  + Optimize routing to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.  + Monitor real-time transportation activities and proactively resolve delays or issues.
* ** Communication & Coordination**  + Serve as the communication link between drivers, carriers, warehouses, and customers.  + Provide shipment updates and ensure customers are informed of delivery status.  + Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
* ** Tracking & Documentation**  + Maintain accurate shipment records, including bills of lading, PODs, and dispatch logs.  + Track shipments in transit and update systems with status reports.  + Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and other applicable transportation regulations.
* ** Problem-Solving & Support**  + Address unexpected issues such as breakdowns, delays, or load discrepancies.  + Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve challenges.  + Escalate critical issues to management as needed.
* ** Performance & Compliance**  + Monitor driver performance, hours of service (HOS), and safety requirements.  + Support continuous improvement initiatives for logistics efficiency.  + Ensure all transportation activities meet internal policies and external regulatory standards.
* Work closely with Planning Team to arrange transportation among different factories, suppliers and warehouses for production and shipments

Qualifications and

Experience:

** Qualifications
* ** College degree or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
* Proven Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or in a transportation-related role.
* Strong knowledge of logistics, routing, and transportation regulations.
* Proficiency in dispatch software, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Familiar with SAP will be a strong plus for this position
