The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 3+ years of experience managing complex, concurrent projects. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams, implementing new technologies—particularly within supply chain or operational environments—and effectively managing internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including operations, IT, supply chain, and external partners
- Drive implementation of new technologies and process improvements within supply chain or operational workflows
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely communication
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively develop and execute mitigation plans
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics, and report progress on technical updates to business leadership
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and post‑implementation reviews
- Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience managing complex, simultaneous projects
- Proven experience implementing new technologies or systems, preferably in supply chain, operations, or enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Wrike, or similar)
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or enterprise technology environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (a plus, not required)
