Lead shifts and execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.;
Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearances.;
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders; resolve customer complaints quickly.;
Provide regular and constructive feedback to the GM and train Team Members.;
Assist the GM with screening Team Member candidates and with Profit & Loss management including cash control, inventory, and labor.
