Mesquite Module Corporationisseekinga Facility Shift Supervisortosupportanewfacilitybuildandoperationallaunch .Thisrolewillplayakeypartinestablishingfacilityoperations,maintenance processes,team coordination,andshiftexecutionduringacriticalgrowthphaseoftheorganization.

The
Facility Supervisor
willworkalongsideanother

Facility/Warehouse Supervisorandpartnercloselywiththe Facility Managertohelpbuildandsupportday -to-dayoperationswithinthenewfacilityenvironment.

Thispositionrequiresahands-onleaderwhocanoperateeffectivelyinafast-paced startup-stylemanufacturingsettingwhilehelpingestablishstructure,operational consistency,andstrongsafetypractices.

Thisroleisresponsibleforoverseeingfacilitymaintenanceandoperationsduringassignedshifts,supervisingmaintenancepersonnel,resolvingoperationalissues,andensuringcontinuityacrossfacilitysystemsandprocesses.

• Superviseandcoordinatemaintenancepersonneltoensureefficientshiftoperations
• Supportstartupandoperationalreadinessactivitiesassociatedwiththenewfacilitybuild
• Partnerwithfellowsupervisorsandthe Facility Managertoestablishworkflows ,maintenance procedures,andoperationalstandards
• Overseepreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceactivitiesacrossfacilitysystems
• Troubleshootandrespondtoescalatedfacilityandequipmentissues
• Ensurecompliancewithsafety,environmental,andregulatoryrequirements
• Reviewworkorders,prioritize tasks,andensureaccuratedocumentation
• Coordinatecontractors,vendors,andthird-partyserviceproviderssupportingfacilitystartupandongoingoperations
• Manageandcoordinatecontractorsandexternalserviceproviderstoensureallworkisperformedefficiently,safely,andincompliancewithcontractualrequirements,company standards,andoperationalexpectations.
• Ensurethecontinuous,safe,andreliableoperationofallplantutilities,includingwastewatersystems,high-voltageelectricalsystems,industrial gases,andothercriticalinfrastructurenecessarytosupportuninterruptedproductionactivities.
• Identifyoperationalormaintenancetrendsandrecommendprocessimprovements
• Support cross-functionalcollaborationwithoperations,warehouse,logistics,andleadershipteams
• Serveasacting Facility Managerduringlimitedabsenceswhenassigned

• Associate degree,technical diploma,orequivalentindustryexperiencerequired

• 3–5yearsofexperienceinfacilities,maintenance,warehouse,orindustrialoperations
• Previoussupervisoryorteamleadexperiencerequired
• Experiencesupportingastartupoperation,facility launch,expansion,ornewbuildenvironmentstronglypreferred

• Provenleadershipanddecision-makingskillswithinashift-basedmanufacturingorindustrialenvironment
• Strongworkingknowledgeofmajorfacilityandutilityequipment,including chillers,air compressors,andcentralizedHVACsystems.
  
  Abilitytoindependentlytroubleshoot,diagnose,andresolvecomplexequipmentissues,whilealsodevelopingandimplementingpreventivemaintenancestandardsandoperationalprocedures.
• Abilitytomanageprioritiesandadaptwithinafast-changingoperationalsetting
• Strongcommunicationandcross-functionalcoordinationskills
• Proficiencywithmaintenancemanagementsystemsandoperationalreportingtools

• Abilitytoworkon-callonoccasion-asneeded
• Valid driver’slicenserequired
