Associate Practice Manager

Oak Street Health seeks an Associate Practice Manager to lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic location in accordance with company values and standards. The Associate Practice Manager supervises clinical and non‑clinical team members, supports operational initiatives, drives the team toward achieving patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes, and ensures the clinic runs smoothly and timely on a daily basis.

• Staff Management and Development – hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor, and manage a multi‑disciplinary team of 15+; create a Great Place to Work culture built around the Values and Service Behaviors.
• Clinic Operations – maintain smooth, safe daily operations; manage staffing, call‑off coverage, PTO, and adherence to SOPs; ensure an unmatched patient experience and recover service incidents as needed.
• Patient Experience & Outcomes – lead standard meetings, huddles, and preventive‑care best practices; drive metrics for patient experience, clinical outcomes, and team member experience.
• Implementation of Operational Initiatives – train the team on new initiatives and workflows; ensure efficient patient scheduling; oversee clinical and community areas and building‑related issues in partnership with Facilities.
• Leadership & Community Engagement – collaborate with the Center Medical Director and Associate Outreach Manager to lead the center as a triad and make decisions that support patient and team wellbeing while driving profitability.
• Other Duties – as assigned.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably 5+ in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
• Proficient PC skills.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Strongly preferred:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish or a language spoken in the served communities (if required).
• Experience driving teams toward achievement of metrics.

• Experience with Google Suite.

Pay range: $46,988.00 - $ per year, representing the base hourly rate or base annual salary. The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
