Strukmyer LLC (Mesquite, TX) seeks Production Lead (1st shift).

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production team members during daily operations
• Ensure production schedules and targets are met on time
• Coordinate materials, manpower, and equipment for smooth workflow
• Monitor product quality and address issues promptly
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
• Track and report key metrics (output, downtime, scrap, efficiency)
• Communicate production updates with supervisors and other departments

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking production data.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 1st shift

Pay: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)
