Forklift Operator

Move pallets and other materials throughout the warehouse, supporting production requirements in various areas, as well as loading and unloading customer trailers. Forklift Operators also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets in some locations.

$19.00/hr

• 2nd Shift Monday–Thursday: 6:00 pm – 4:30 am
• 3rd Shift Tuesday: 6:00 pm – 4:30 am & Friday–Sunday: 6:00 pm – 4:30 am
• 4th Shift Wednesday–Sunday: 6:00 pm – 4:30 am
• Friday–Sunday: 6:00 pm – 4:30 am

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
• Operate forklifts with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
• Hand‑sorting wooden pallets when required
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift certification preferred
• 1‑3 years of forklift experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment
• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and air particulate
• Repetitively adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and sit in a forklift for entire shifts of varying lengths
• Noise level in the work environment is dependent on location
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required: eye protection, ear protection mandatory at several locations, safety shoes
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision and color vision
• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing 50 lb to 75 lb
