Production Shift Manager

Production Shift Supervisor – Mesquite, TX (2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday 3:00p‑11:30p)

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead a team in delivering safe, high‑quality, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role drives performance, fosters continuous improvement, and ensures smooth shift transitions. The supervisor collaborates across departments to uphold standards and supports team development.

• Lead and coach production staff to meet performance goals.
• Monitor and report production metrics, downtime, and shift handoffs.
• Support operators in resolving daily production challenges.
• Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Partner with HR on performance documentation and recognition.
• Identify and address safety and environmental concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production planning and execution.

• Bachelor’s degree or high‑school diploma with 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed.

• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Working knowledge of Adage or SAP systems.
• Proven success in improving on‑time delivery performance.

Pay is based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role ranges from $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 depending on experience. In addition to base pay, H.B.
