We are seeking a dynamic Quality & Safety Specialist to actively monitor and drive food safety, EHS, and quality initiatives at a high-volume service center. The right candidate is hands-on, engages directly with all team members, and is committed to building a strong safety and quality culture across the facility.

Job Duties:
- Monitor and drive compliance with food safety, EHS, and quality standards in the facility
- Provide training, coaching, and direct support to labor, supervisors, and maintenance teams
- Participate in sanitation and safety process oversight, including weekend and rotating shift coverage
- Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain and improve standards for equipment sanitation, food safety metrics, and operational compliance
Schedule:
Rotating shifts with weekend work; not a standard 9-to-5 schedule
Pay: $68, annually + bonus eligibility (~10% of base pay)
Requirements:
- Experience with food safety in a high-volume production environment (HACCP certification preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as SQF, AIB, and GMP
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing safety (EHS) with relevant certifications a plus
- Leadership and training experience with a track record of building and sustaining a safety culture
- Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
