Extrusion Operator

Position

Extrusion Operator (Night‑Shift), Mesquite, Texas.

Responsible for processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial organization, ensuring top‑quality film is produced safely and effectively.

• Make quality checks on time.
• Ensure correct count and label.
• Make and handle the product.
• Be aware of production requirements.
• Understand the order sheet specifications.
• Communicate and coordinate daily issues with relief.
• Troubleshoot machine issues.
• Be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders.
• Help to coordinate training.
• Continuously improve product quality.
• Understand basic extrusion knowledge.
• Experience with extrusion in blowing film preferred.
• Read and understand instructions well.
• Work flexibly on different machines.
• Work 12‑hour shifts on rotating schedule.
• Night shift: 6:50 PM to 7:00 AM;
  Day shift: 6:50 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Willing to work in a customer‑driven, safety‑conscious organization.
