Real Truck is seeking a Supervisor of Production for Roll Form to lead daily manufacturing operations with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, and Lean principles. You will drive First Time Quality and On Time Delivery, planning and coordinating across Roll Form lines to meet customer requirements.
The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing and 1+ year leading a team, plus strong experience with ERP/MRP systems and engineering documentation.
