Pepsi Co Production Supervisor is expected to lead the manufacturing front-line team to meet customer needs and achieve targets for cost, line efficiency, waste, safety and productivity on the plant floor. You will align the team to production performance standards and drive continuous improvement.
The role requires hands-on TPM knowledge, coaching and development of hourly personnel, and the ability to manage off-shift and weekend work while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
