Machine Operator Trainee – Slitter (Day Shift)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Location:

Rainstamp Manufacturing – Mesquite, TX

We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated person to come in at an entry-level position and learn to operate equipment that processes large aluminum coils into the sizes our customers need.

In this job, you will:

• Work directly under a Machine Operator
• Assist with the operation of the machinery
• Assist with the changing of coils
• Assist with the moving of coils to the automated robotic packaging line
• Learn the skills and techniques needed to be promoted to Machine Operator

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety rules
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday
• Willingness to operate a forklift and pallet jack after training
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Handle petty cash as needed
• Any forklift experience a plus!
