• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Supporting the growth and development of team members to help them advance in their careers.
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish normal from abnormal findings and recognizing early signs of physical, emotional, or mental issues.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
